Therapy for OCD and anxiety disorders

How would your life be different if OCD and anxiety didn't take up so much space?

Together, we practice new ways of responding so you can get unstuck and move toward what matters.

Does this sound familiar?

You can't think your way out.

You manage. You get through the day. And it's exhausting.

The thoughts won't stop

You try to solve them, but they keep coming back.

Relief that never lasts

Checking, asking, replaying. Relief for a moment, and then the cycle starts again.

Your world keeps shrinking

You find yourself saying no to places, conversations, and opportunities that matter to you—just to avoid the discomfort.

Never good enough

You raise the bar, you reach it, and it moves again.

Panic out of nowhere

And now you're anxious about being anxious.

Socializing feels exhausting

Being so focused on what to say and what others are thinking of you makes it hard to be present and connect.

Nothing is broken in you. The strategy stopped working.

What I help with

Focused work.

I work with adults 18+, online across Pennsylvania, in English and Spanish.

01

OCD

Intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, and mental rituals that keep you caught in a cycle of doubt.

02

Generalized anxiety

Chronic worry, tension, and your mind going to worst-case scenarios by default.

03

Panic

Panic attacks, fear of the sensations themselves, and the avoidance that grows around them.

04

Social anxiety

Fear of judgment, post-conversation replaying, and second-guessing how you came across.

05

Perfectionism & self-criticism

You’re never quite satisfied. Even when you do your best, it doesn’t feel good enough.

06

Uncertainty & overcontrol

The need to get it right, feel certain, or prevent every possible outcome.

How I work

Practical, compassionate, and paced by you.

We identify what matters to you, map out the patterns that keep you stuck, then practice responding differently when difficult emotions and thoughts come up. Drawing from evidence-based approaches like ACT, ERP, and DBT, you’ll build tools you can keep using after therapy ends.

01

Map the pattern

We look at what you're experiencing, how you've been coping, and what happens when anxiety or discomfort shows up. Together, we connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and triggers, giving us a clearer picture of where to focus our work.

02

Build new skills

We practice tools for handling difficult thoughts and feelings. Depending on what you're working on, this might include gradually approaching situations you've been avoiding, making room for uncomfortable emotions, and learning to respond differently when discomfort shows up.

03

Take it into your life

We bring what you practice in therapy into your everyday life. Together, we work toward greater flexibility and freedom, so you can make choices based on what matters to you rather than staying stuck in old patterns.

About me

Hi, I'm Nadia.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. My approach is practical, compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

If anxiety, unwanted thoughts, or self-doubt are taking up too much space in your life, you may feel stuck in patterns that are exhausting and hard to break.

In therapy, we'll work on building the skills and confidence to live with greater freedom and intention.

I've worked as a clinician since 2012 with people across different stages of life and with a wide range of mental health concerns. Today, my clinical work is focused on OCD and anxiety disorders. I hold bachelor's and master's degrees in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, and my clinical training includes ACT, DBT, and ERP, including specialized ERP training through the International OCD Foundation's Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based treatment for OCD that involves gradually facing feared thoughts, situations, or sensations while practicing new ways of responding instead of relying on compulsions or other behaviors that keep the cycle going.

Periodic follow-up sessions can also be an option after focused treatment.
